Looking for Stylus for PC

Looking for a good stylus and pad to work in Illustrator and Photoshop for non touch screen ASUS laptop with secondary large monitor. I don't use or like Apple products and want to use on my large monitor and not a tablet. What is a good stylus and pad combo?
