Lost tools across the top of panel?

I swear I had tools across the top of my menu yesterday...I am specifically looking for add nodes, delete etc.

I googled this and there is discussion about a selecting 'control' under window, but I don't have that in 29.7.1

Ugh....I feel so stupid. I accidentally found the workspace selection area and was able to get back to Essentials Classic.
