Adobe wouldn't let me save my artwork, export or anything so I closed Illustrator and choose delete since it wouldnt allow me to save. That was the only way for me to close the application. Any Ideas

Does Illustrator have full disk access?

 

Please tell us the version and system and hardware info. ALso: where did you plan to save the file?

In such cases it is also important to show a screenshot of the error message.
