Low Internet speed is suitable for saving Ai work or not? (10 Mbps on a 4g Aircard device), Please

I use this kind of air card and low internet speed to save work on the cloud. I want to know if it will delay? Can it or not?

I used to use high speed internet but now I will keep my costs down.
