I use old macbook pro, with system 10.7.5. can I work on Illustrator?

I have old CS3.

what do I have to do to start working with Illustrator?

Hi,

Here are the minimum requirements Older versions of Adobe Illustrator system requirements

I would recommend to upgrade through the subscription system as support for CS3 has stopped a long time ago.

If it is installed and works, you should be ok to use it. The risk is that you will run into compatibility issues at some point.

To start learning it, you will find very good lessons on http://lynda.com but probably not as far back as CS3. I found several DVD's on eBay to learn Illustrator CS3 for about 10$ each

Basically, you just use your CS3.

Or start over with everything.

It appears that you have the correct operating system to run InDesign CS3.

However, the activation servers for Creative Suite 3 have been disabled. You'll have to follow the directions provided in the following link to download a version which can work without activation:
