Make Custom Tool Panel or Shortcuts with eg. Expand Appearance or Select Same ?

There are certain tools like:

Object> Expand..

Object> Expand Appearance

Select>Same>

Is there a way to make a Custom Tool Panel with this? or assign shortcuts?

Ups!! I didn't saw the Window Tools/Menu Commands in Edit>Edit Shortcuts, my bad. Thanks
