Manipulating Task Manger

I had a problem of my Ai frequently crashed at middle of my work. I was helped by Adobe Technical Support to fix the issue. They remotely brought my computer under control & fix the issue. Now it is OK. I saw agent was going to Task Manager & deleted creative cloud files which were duplicated one. Do any one knows this method of fixing the crash issue?

 

There are some dupicated files in Task Manager. Is there any problem to my system if I deleted these files?
