maximize of ai issue

when i am trying to maximize the illustrator on my mac. it is showing plus symbol on my mac. and little big

but not full view of illustrator i am able to see.

attaching screenshot that my illustrator is not opening full view. it is showing me task bar. or minimize view. i can able to view desktop icons too.
