Me incrusta imagenes automaticamente

Hola, en algunos archivos, me incrusta las imágenes a pesar de las introduzco marcado que se enlance o vinculen. Actualizo los links y cuando cierro y vuelvo a abrir, me las ha vuelto a incrustar.

El caso es que solo me lo hace en algunos archivos...

¿Alguien sabe qué esta pasando? Muchas gracias.

WHen you turn on "Include images" when saving a file, the image gets embedded. It's that what you are doing?

Also: when save with "PDF compatible" turned on, then in the PDF the images are embedded as well.

I place some images in a document and in the links panel, they appear as links. But when I close the document and open it again, it changes the links to embedded links.

You need to save the file before closing.

Can you do Save as instead and take a screenshot of the options?
