​@Eventos Zombi30667788f4jz maybe there is an outage in your area? I know where I live, the school board server is down; but you could check Adobe Status, https://status.adobe.com/

I would double check the Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi settings too. Maybe reset your modem or router. Check the internet service provider. According to Adobe Status, everything seems ok!
