Custom is always grayed out. It will be shown as soon as you entered a custom size.

Can you print different sizes out of other apps - how about in Acrobat?

There may be some confliction properties in Illy and your printer set-up preventing you accessing that feature, you'll probably have to go into the printer's properties to change that.

no, it does not let me change the size. Only the sizes in the drop down, but the custom is grayed out. Watched a video of my printer being set up and the person doing it was able to do it. Not sure why I cannot
