menu for a new document "New" cannot be opened

Hello community,

we have a problem with our Illustratorn since today.

(For debug see below)

- The menu for a new document "New" cannot be opened.

- - Otherwise we could not detect any problems.

The program has already been reinstalled and all settings have been reset.
