Microsoft Surface Book for Illustrator and Photoshop?

Hello!

I'm wondering if anyone can provide thoughts on using Adobe Illustrator CC and Photoshop CC with a Microsoft Surface Book. Specifically, I'm curious about the Surface Book with a 256GB SSD, 8GB of RAM, a 2.4GHz Intel i5 processor, and NVIDIA graphics.

I know it's an older model, but does anyone have experiencing using the Surface Book for graphics work with Illustrator and Photoshop, and if so, is performance acceptable? Thanks!
