Middle click to drag

Hello, I changed the settings on my Illustrator last year so that middle clicking dragged the page the same way pressing space bar and clicking to drag works. I have no idea what I changed now and can't seem to find the setting that did this. Can somebody tell me what I did or have to do to get it again please?

You must have set that up with a third party utility.

The only option that can change the scroll wheel is in the Preferences > General and set it from panning to zooming. But it's about scrolling not clicking the wheel.
