Missing dimension tool - Illustrator Beta Version 28.0

Hi

I can't find the Dimension Tool form the toolbar in Illustrator Beta 28.0

Do I need to add it to the toolbar? Or am I being blind?

Ya, you have to go back to the 27. beta. I hope it becomes a regular feature. It's very much like the CADdoor extension. I do a lot of mockups for displays and signage and always have to dimension everything. So this becoming an in-house feature is very long awaited.

I understand your concern regarding the missing Dimension Tool in Adobe Illustrator Beta Version 28.0.32 and later. I'd like to provide some clarity on this matter.

The Dimension Tool has been temporarily removed from Illustrator Beta Version 28.0.40. The reason for this removal is that our development team is actively working on core enhancements and improvements to this feature.

Rest assured, the Dimension Tool will be reintroduced in a future update, and when it returns, it will come with additional capabilities.
