Missing Fonts (Highlight in pink not showing)

I have an .ai file that when I open it, it has two fonts unavailable, but only one of them is highlighted.

In the attached images I detail the problem.

I am using illustrator 25.2.1

Is the highlight turned on in the Preferences > Type?
