missing fresco files

i haven’t used fresco in a few weeks and got logged out of my account due to an update to the app. my fresco files went missing after i logged in even though it was saved in the cloud. is there a way i can recover it, i lost hours of illustration work that i was planning to sell for my small art business.

    Are you trying to open the files from within Illustrator or from within Fresco? 

    If the latter, you could try and ask it here: https://community.adobe.com/fresco-644

    If the former, try and File > Place from the Cloud
