Missing links after opening the file on different OS. (Windows to MacOS)

Hi Everyone, I am having a issue every time I open a file shared between me and my collegues, once the illustrator file has been opened and updated (incorporating an image for example) with Illusttrator 2021 on Windows 10 and uploaded to Google Drive, once I open it on Mac everything that was incorporated with Windows is missing. 

Any idea on how to solve this?
