Missing Links and all infomation about them

Hello,

I am writing here because I need help with a problem that has not happened to me ever:

All of my linked files in Illustrator are missing as well as their names and any information about them. The problem is that when I start relinking them the whole program glitches and nothing happens on the first try. I have to try and relink each one forcefuly and guess which one is which since when clicking on the Missing link in the link panel, nothing happens.

The work is my final Masters Thesis and Project and it is the main file.

Also all of the files are in the same folders that are sub-folders on my computer and I have no moved anything in the last 2 months.

Please help...
