Missing Pantones In Illustrator

Are there colours missing from the pantone swatch books in Illustrator? As far as I can tell, my swatch guides are up to date, but the swatches I need (specifically 2248U, 2399U, and 2477U) are missing. Is there a workaround for this? I do have the Pantone Connect extension installed, I'm just still missing a few Pantones.
