Missing the apostrophe glyph on Gotham font

I am using Gotham font on Illustrator and missing the apostrophe glyph.

It used to be there, and it's been missing since I updated the new version of Illustrator (2023).

Is the glyph actually missing or not displaying when typing?

Can you see it in other apps?

I have it as a glyph in Illy, and it types in Illy (27.3.1, Windoze10).
