Mockup image created in illustrator has borders around logo when placing in indesign or photoshop

Hi there,

I placed our charity logo onto a Christmas bauble and the results looked great in illustrator (picture was eps and logo was svg) but when I trued to place the output image (eps) in indesign or photoshop I get strange borders atround the logo. Any advice/help, please? Best Wishes.

Just ditch EPS. Save as an AI file with PDF compatibility and you're good.

In InDesign you might then also check out the different preiew modes as well as the overall preview quality
