Mockup in illustrator 28.0 crash freeze when click on make mockup and close

I am a licensed Adobe user.
beta and normal illustrator versions are available on my computer.
versions are up to date c.c. I also checked.
My problem is this; I want to write on the free han-tag that I downloaded from the internet,
and when I click on the mockup option, the program freezes and then closes. Also,
while it says "mockup" in YouTube videos, it says mockup (beta) for me.
Is there anyone who can help? Thank you.

also happend to me, in the new illustrator 2025 - it crashes the system.
