Mockup is missing in Illustrator

I’m trying to use the Mockup Beta feature in Illustrator, but it's missing for some reason, so I can’t do the mock-up product. Despite watching many tutorials, I still don’t know why. Just in case I did something wrong: I downloaded an image to use for the product then used my own artwork designed on Illustrator as a logo. Is this the correct procedure to use for a mock-up?

Thank you.

@Monika Gause Thank you for your response. After many tried and tested, I have since realised what was wrong. It was my logo, which included some effects that the mock-up feature didn’t like. The issue has been resolved, and I can now use the mockup tool.

    Which version is it?

Which country are you in? This is using Generative AI, so it might not be available in your country.

Hi, thank you for your response. I have 30.4 version and I updated it just yesterday after running into this issue but still nothing changed. I live in Australia.

Please select those two objects, open the Layers panel and then open the Object menu and take a screenshot and upload it here.

    Hi @Nat_Felvus1066,

Mockup can be found under Window > Mockup. Once you find the tool, you should be able to use it, no problem.

    Hi Tina,

Thank you for your response. I wish it’s as simple as you said. I tried all of the things that I can think of that might help - updated, checking version (30.4) but unfortunately still nothing changed.
