Modify a rectangle to look like this....

Hi all! I have a client who wants an effect similar to the (tiny) example below. It's hard to see, but basically I need a vertical rectangle... slanted almost like a wave. It should be rounded on the top left corner and bottom right corner... and have a slight "swoosh" effect on the top right corner and bottom left corner. I don't know what's wrong with me today, but I can't figure out how to do this. I'm sure it's simple... but it's not coming to me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'd start with a rectangle. Then, using Shift, select the upper left/lower right corner rounding dots and drag them simultaneously to get both corners the same. Then, I'd use the Skew tool for the slant. Then, I'd Option/Alt drag to duplicate it, and resize (and may have to redo the skew to match, and repeat. This video is me doing a VERY QUICK version of that - hope it helps...

Thank you SO much for taking the time to record that! I really appreciate it. I was overcomplicating things... and not rounding the corners enough.
