mon copier coller marche une fois sur quatre sur Illustrator

Bonjour la commu!

Je ne sais pas pourquoi mais mon raccourcier clavier copier/coller marche une fois sur quatre dans illustrator et photoshop. Lorsque je fais ctrl+c et ctrl+v tout se passe bien dans mon ordi lorsque je navigue, que je copie/colle des dossiers ou autres mais une fois dans une Illustrator sans savoir pourquoi mon raccourci clavier marche quand il veut...

Vous auriez une solution à cette énigment ?

Je précise au cas où que j'ai monter mon PC il y a quelques semaines donc c'est un nouveau PC, cela dit comme je disais, je n'ai aucun problème ailleurs que sur Adobe.

Bonjour,

Même problème depuis au moins 2 ans. Les nombreuses MAJ n’ont rien résolu. Je suis sous windows 11, dernière version AI, et le problème est aléatoire.

J’ai testé toutes pistes, ( réinstall, supression des raccourcis, parametre, etc..) femer AI et réouvrir ( ça fonctionne au 1er copier/coller, parfois au 2ème et à nouveau cela ne fonctionne plus, et ainsi de suite.

J’ai recherché à nouveau dans les différentes conversation sur le sujet et je n’ai pas trouvé de solution.

est ce qu’il en existe une à ce jour ?

Hello, Thank you for pointing me to the post that helped me identify the issue. After testing Safe Mode on Windows 11 and finding no problems, I eventually traced the issue to Logitech's "Logi Options+" software. While I can't say for certain exactly which setting is causing the trouble, I haven't been able to reproduce the problem since uninstalling the software and testing AI for over 24 hours. Now, I'm testing reinstalling it and adding back the various button configurations one by one to figure out which one is causing the AI to glitch. Thanks for your help.

même problème et pas de solution ! une perte de temps énorme, beaucoup de stress et une totale incompréhension alors que des mises à jour se font régulièrement (et je ne parle pas du prix) !

I’m sorry to hear you’re having similar trouble with Illustrator. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator after rebooting your computer in Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and disabling any plugins to see if it helps?

Pareil ici, problème de copier-coller qui gâche la vie!!!! J'utilise Illustrator depuis la CS6 et jamais eu de problème avant, c'est apparu d'un coup!!!

Si Adobe, qui augmente nos factures, pouvait fixer le bug ou donner une réponse efficiente, ce serait super !!!

En tous les cas, merci à tous les volontaires sur ce forum qui tentent de nous aider.

Globalement, les gens sur le forum vont simplement te dire de verifier ta configuration, tes autres logiciels (en les supprimants) et que globalement le viens de toi. Adobe ne fera rien, ne corrigera rien

Même problème, c'est très génant, j'utilise le copier/coller sans arrêt. Il fonctionne aléatoirement !

Bonjour, ça fait plusieurs semaines que j'ai aussi ce soucis de copier.coller , ça fonctionne aléatoirement, uniquement dans la suite Adobe, les autres programmes sont ok.

PS : oui j'ai déjà redémarré ...

Quelqu'un aurait une solution, c'est vraiment très embêtant ... merci

Not working after many many reboot ... i have the problem since many weeks
I've already tested with only illustrator and same problem. Sometimes i can copy paste sometines not ...
