if i once had an adobe account on the same computer, and now i have a new one, am i still able to get a free trial with this new account?

If it's on a new computer, you have that chance. Try and find out if you have a 7 days trial period. It's easy and harmless.

While if you have another Adobe ID on the same computer, I think not, but again, just give it a try when needed and find out.

To add to what Federico said, if you have had a CC trial (I believe CC is the crucial part) you may try a different CC trial, such as AI only if you have tried the whole Cloud, or the opposite.
