My problem is that I don't know why the mouse moves slowly and lagging, knowing that it is fast on the desktop, games and browsing. I don't know why it is like this in Adobe programs in particular.

and my monitor is 170Hz, so why it's looks like 50 or 60hz when i use adobe apps? specially photoshop and illsutrator so pls help me

These are my computer specifications:

RTX 4070Ti Super

RAM 32GB

HARD 2TB SSD M.2

Monitor with 170hz 2k

So why i have lag in my mouse looks like 60hz pls help me and thank you

Hello @deniisov,

Are you having similar problems with Illustrator performance? If yes, kindly confirm the exact version of the OS/Illustrator installed on your device and if this happens when using a particular tool/feature or when working on a specific file, so we can better assist you.

Also, try the suggestions in this help article (https://adobe.ly/45hpNvF) and let us know if they help.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello @mohamadm58696374,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with Illustrator. Could you share more details, like the OS/Illustrator version and whether Illustrator behaves this way when working with a particular tool/feature, so I can better assist you?

Also, try the suggestions shared in this help article (https://adobe.ly/4gWVrl4), perform a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD), and set the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/4gVqo9a), and share your observations.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello brother thank you for your answer,

Actually I have the latest updates for all the parts in my personal computer like GPU and CPU
But I have the latest version of Adobe programs, and my operating system is Windows 11 64 bit
And also for Nividia app and Creative cloud

So what's the problem? I really can't work like that and want to fix it as soon as
