Moving Equally in Opposite Direction

If I can remember correctly, there is a tool/combination of tools in Ai. If it is active and if you move one corner of a image, oppositive corner of will also move equally in opposite direction. I tried with Perspective Selection tool but it did not work. Is there any tool like that?
