Moving into illustrator

Hello,
Is it possible to move around the illustrator workspace using the mouse wheel button as in autocad?

Without knowing how it works in AutoCAD, if you mean, can you scroll to move up/down (like on this forums page) and click sideways (push to the right/left and move right/left) to move round to different parts of the Workspace, then Yes.
