Moving objects (by key arrows) does not conform of Keyboard Increment value

Hello

It seems the value at 'Keyboard Increment' (Edit>Prefrences>General) Does not work for me, since decreasing it to small values does not results in moving objects (by

key arrows) according to that value. I set it to very low increment (e.g. 0.1 mm) but objects move by more that this value (e.g. 1 mm or so).

Is there anything with confliction with this that I should solve?

Does anyone have idea?
