Moving to a new computer and my Illustrator Library files are lost.

Yesterday I installed Illustrator and Creative Cloud on a new PC to replace my old desktop.  When I openned Illustrator and logged in, my history and Library files where present.  At one point I had to delete the old computer from my list of machines that have access to my account [a limit of two].  I do not know if this is related but at some point, I lost all my history and Library files.  Can anyone tell me what might have happened and if this is recoverable?

If they were there, then it sounds like they were on the cloud. I would check deleted files and also this link might be of help: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/users-files-missing-creative-cloud.html

Are these Libraries saved to the cloud or as AI files? If they are stored on your computer, you need to move them to the new computer. Go to Edit > My settings > Export

Thank you for the reply. I am not sure. I was assuming the cloud since they popped up when I first opened Illustrator on the new computer.
