Mutiple users on one computer (without logging in and out)

Hello

We currently have many seats of illustrator (each one is dedicated to a person) People use it to edit and create files for our laser.

The issue is we have a separate dedicated computer to run the laser. Currently people have to log in and out each time they use the laser cutter which adds time and delay. I would like to sort out a way for users to walk up to the dedicated computer and use the laser without having to log into their individual account. Is there any way to achieve this without setting up another license on that machine?

Does the laser cutter need Illustrator? Or does it have its own app that can just push the job to the machine?

You essentially "print" from illustrator to the laser cutter. This is how the files are transferred. Illustrator is also needed because if during the cutting process any "tweaks" need to be made to the file they can be processed quickly without having to start all over.

Why don't people print from their workstations?

Can't you get the laser cutter into the network?

If you need Illustrator to print

AND

you want people to print from that dedicated machine

then you will have them to either login on the machine or set up a license for the machine
