my adobe illustrator 2023 error at loading of ippCV library

my adobe illustrator 2023 is not working normally. message appears (your application is dynamically linked with intel(R) IPP libraries version 2021.6 No DLL from the list below is found on the system search path: ippcvm7.dll (the most suitable for your cpu) please provide a path to at least one of them) how to fix it?

    Thanks for reaching out. The ippCV libraries error is related to support for SSE4.2 on your computer's processor. Would you mind checking if your computer has support for it (https://adobe.ly/49fVy8n), installing an older version (https://adobe.ly/401volv), or trying on a different computer to check if it helps?
