My cloud file wont open and wont download - any ideas?

Hi all,

 

One of my designs I saved as a cloud file isn't responding to anything. It won't open in Illustrator, it , and even when trying to view it on the web it doesn't open.

 

It won't download either - just keeps saying "Downloading Files (0 of 1)" and the status bar doesn't move.

 

Clicking on the file information, it says it is 11Mb, and it has the green sync tick working.  

 

Any ideas on how I can resolve this?

If none of them doesn't work, you can try to sign out from your creative cloud and sign in again or even change the creative cloud password and log in again.

Hi,

 

Thanks for your suggestions. I have tried all these and this does not seem to work.

 

The files will not download and I cannot open them from the cloud.

 

All other cloud files are working fine.
