My CS4 AI crashes when I click save

Hi there,

If there is anyone could help me with is I would be really appreciated!

Every time, when I try to save my art work on AI, it just crashes all the time! Or after a while when I was working on it before I save my work, it also crashes!

I already redownloaded the who Design standard but it doesn't help at all...

Please help!
