My CS6 was registered but no longer appears in my account

I previously had registered CS6 design standard and it included the MAC & PC serial numbers. I regestered the product key in my account and I was previously able to see it. I am now on my MAC (iMac 2013) and want to install CS6 on it, and yes I have the CD and everything... but it is telling me that my product key is not valid and when i try to register the product key into my account it says it is already recistered... BUT NOTHING SHOWS UP??? WTF???

Can anyone help?

Before going to any more trouble also note it's impossible to install old apps on recent a Mac systems (Catalina or later). Apple blocked all old boring apps so we could all buy the latest. All hail Apple!

If you read my post it says I am trying to install this onto my imac 2013 running OS 10.13 High Sierra.

If I recall correctly the Creative Suite licenses (and boxed software) were platform-specific. I don't think Adobe allowed hopping platforms without buying an entire new license. Users had to pick either OSX or Windows when buying and registering the CS software. Plus there was still "full" and "upgrade" versions being sold back then.

Adobe's platform-agnostic approach didn't arrive in force until we got Creative Cloud. Software from one CC membership can be installed on up to 2 computers (plus mobile devices such as an iPad); it doesn't matter if it's a Mac for one install and a Window PC for the other install.

There was a request process for platform-swapping purchased versions, but it's long gone now.

Now the problem with this is that the cs6 suite I bought had a S/N for bot Mac and Windows. Why would I accept being dumbed down to a single license platform?
