My Ctrl + 2 (Lock Object) Is Not Working!

As explained by the title, I'm having such an annoying problem which is my Ctrl + 2 command is not working. I don't know why, but recently I'm just upgraded my Window OS to Windows 11. This is really stressing me out with my workflow. Can anybody help me?

Sorry to hear about this experience and for the late response. I hope the suggestions shared by Mylenium and Monika helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try rebooting your computer in Safe Mode (macOS / Windows) and relaunch Illustrator to check if it helps.

You can try and re-assign the shortcut in Illustrator after you have chacked everything as said by Mylenium

I'd start by checking the system's keyboard and language settings. Also it may be worth investigating if Ctrl + 2 does something outside of AI. Perhaps soem other program simply "stole" the shortcut.
