my fill or stroke is not working???

Hi there, Im new to Ai. So bare with me but, Ive used the fill or stroke key multiple times before to change the color of my vectored clothing items when trying to create a piece for my brand. Now all of a sudden nothing is being filled. Even in the apperance it shows when I've "filled it". These vectors are made by the creator at Seaggs, Ive even attempted to follow his exact instructions on a YT video but nothing is works.
