My fonts disappeared from dropdown menu

My illustrator was working fine this morning but all of a sudden I started a new project and all my fonts are gone from the dropdown menu. I hadn't even closed out illustrator. I updated to the latest version (Illustrator 2021) and they are still not there. How do I get them back?!
