Hello @D3ZGNR,

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. I hope the suggestions shared by Kglad and Monika helped resolve the problem.

If not, kindly try installing the latest Wacom drivers (if any) (https://www.wacom.com/en-us/support/product-support/drivers#:~:text=Just%20looking%20for%20drivers%3F%20Here%20is%20our%20latest%3A) to see if it resolves the issue. Also, if you have Antivirus software enabled, kindly try adding the Adobe applications to the exclusion list or disabling the Antivirus software temporarily to check if it helps.

If not, please follow the steps in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/fix-crash-on-launch-issues.html) and let us know your observations. Also, kindly share the crash report using the steps in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html) and use the same email account as your community account for quick tracking. We appreciate your time and efforts in resolving this issue.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,
Anubhav

Which version of Illustrator are you referring to?

On which system and hardware are you using it?

When is it crashing?

Where have the files been saved?

Does it happen just with these files?

Reinstalling the app should usually not change the files. But please tell us some details of what has been happening.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
