MY ILLUSTRATOR DOESNT OPEN BECAUSE A PLUGIN ISSUES DETECTED! PLEASE HELP!

DOES ANYONE KNOWS HPW TO FIX IT ? I CANT OPEN THE AI BECAUSE ITS SAYS PLUGIN ISSUES DETECTED PLEASE HELP!! THANKYOU
