My illustrator file is popped out of illustrator application

My illustrator file seems to be popped out of my illustrator app. Which causes me to be unable to move my application, just the popped out file is moveable. 

 

I think I clicked on a settings which I probably clicked on by accident.. 

 

Can anyone help me?

Restarting illustrator didn't help but application frame was the option I was looking for! Thanks!!

Does restart Illustrator help, or turning off and on Window > Application Frame?
