Hello,

I've experienced something wich appears like a bug in Illustrator since a few updates and now a few weeks. When I'm working under Illustrator, every colors are previewed in CMYK, even if my Document is setup in RGB, in preview Pixel , Default. My color mode is always in RGB but the preview still is in CMYK. Then, I need to export in JPEG to see how's the document rendering in RGB. That's impossible to work with. Here are screens.

PS: I've already tried Reinstalling, resetting or changing every color mode.

Did you create a new document based on an Art & Illustration preset?

Hi. Go to the View menu and ensure that Proof Colours is not enabled.

You indirectly helped me a lot in my problem.

Proof colours wasn't enabled, I tried to enable it and it didn't change anything, which surprised me.

I went by curiosity in "Proof Setup", I was in setup "Legacy Macinstosh RGB Gamma 1.8" wich was pretty incorrect so I switched back to "Monitor RGB". I enabled the Proof Setup and at this point, I was in RGB.

Things is, I've tried multiple times to create new document in RGB, so I don't understand why Illustrand is still launching them in CMYK.

At least now I can work in RGB, thank you for that !

Nixclaw,

Did you start out in CMYK (colour mode) with the circle objects, or something like that?

And if you did, what happens if you start out in RGB?

What do you mean by "Circle objects" ?

I've launched my document like on the screens

Nixclaw,

I am simply referring to original objects, such as they circles.
