My illustrator isn't allowing me to use Gen. Fill even with internect connection

hi, 

 

My illustrator won't allow me to run a generative shape despite being connected to the internet.   

 

I have turned on and off the Windows Defenders Firewall and made sure it Adobe is allowed to run on my machine. Please help.
