My illustrator keeps failing to update, and I can't open the program. Error 184

My illustrator keeps failing to update, and I can't open the program. It says "The target file is locked by another process. Unable to install the update of the product. (Error Code:184). Log:

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you try restarting the system and try the installation again. If the issue persists, try removing and reinstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop application and then retry updating Illustrator to check if it helps.
