my illustrator won't open and photoshop

i have the app of illustrator a long time now but now it won't open annymore. and i have the same problem with photoshop. 

can you help me?

What version of Illustrator and Photoshop do you have?

Do you have the current creative cloud?

Did you officially get your software from Adobe?

I have version 24.3 for illustrator and photoshop i have 21.2.4

i have the creative cloud and i downloaded it from that.

    I have version 24.3
    it stopped working since last week.
    when I press the illustrator icon nothing happens. I've never had a problem with this. I had downloaded the old version of this for safety.
    I have a macOS 10.13.6
