My shapes are being sliced. Weird clipping mask and disoriented geometry problem.

Hi,

I have no idea what is going on. I was sending some .svg files to illustrator from blender. It is working fine. But some of the shapes became parallel slices as in the images. Somehow they were in a clipping mask and when I release them they appear as in the last image. This was a testing phase and that worries me if that would happen occasionally. I would be glad to receive some help about the issue.
