My synced Typekit fonts are not appearing?!

I am working on a file for a client and my synced Typekit fonts are not appearing in the Character window drop down menu as available fonts to use. This is incredibly frustrating and ridiculous. Specifically, right now I need to use Nimbus Sans font family to replace Helvetica font in the client's artwork and the Nimbus font family does not appear... Let's go Adobe, your charge astronomical prices and you can't have your products work as they should? And please, don't respond and waste my time with some generic troubleshooting response as if I don't know what I am doing. Fix the problem. ASAP.

    You are asking people to not waste your time, but please follow that advice when posting yourself. We do have a have a way of seeing what exact steps you took and how far you got.

    Are you logged into the exact same Adobe cloud Account that matches the installed version of Illustrator? Did you click sync fonts?

    Did you see this screen?

    How exactly are you trying to get to font, typing the first few letters?

    I would like  to help, but you need to be more respectful if you truly desire help with your issue.
