My work disappeared

I was working on my project and suddenly it disappeared. I didn't change any of the viewing settings or anything so I don't know what happened. it's just gone. I can export it as a PDF and it will look normal, and any other Illustrator file I open looks normal, it's just this one. Does anyone know what happened? or what I can do to fix it?

    Looks like you just panned to the edge of the file.

    Try and View > Fit artboard in window
